![]() The water temperature was perfect and she spent as much time as it was required to remove any calluses or dead skin. My pedicure was given by a woman, Liz, who did an excellent job at the pedicure. The massage feature did work so I was glad to use it. The chairs were equipped to do massage but were extremely outdated or not taken care of, as the remote had holes in almost every button. The ambiance of the massage was mediocre directly across from the room I was in was a laundry room where constant noise could be heard from an unbalanced washing machine and one of the employees was banging around what sounded like metal bowls multiple times.Īfter my massage, I was taken to another area for my pedicure. The massage itself was decent, though it left much to be desired. He told me that he would be giving me a "medical massage" that was between a "chiropractic massage and a regular massage, but not like a deep tissue massage". He informed me that he would be performing my massage and went over my paperwork with me. I debated ringing the small bell at the front desk for two to three minutes before a woman came up to the front from the back.Ī man then came up front at about the same time as I was finishing the paperwork and took me back to a massage room. When I arrived, I entered to find no one in the lobby and could not hear anyone coming my direction. I hate to write a low review since the employees were nice, but they shouldn’t deceive the customer and charge an outrageous amount for what they said would be a pampering experience. He also said he was waiting for another employee to get there, so they were late. so very uncomfortable and not pampering at all. Then it seemed as if he rushed to the store to get the food that he needed for us to feel “pampered”, and lastly, he put the food on the sink behind us where we were getting our feet done. The gentleman who offered tea was scrambling to find 3 disposable cups and after failing to find a third disposable cup, he got a ceramic cup for my other daughter. The adult “spa” pedicure was barely over a regular pedicure, quick massage though the description makes it seem like it’s a good 10 min massage.Īlso, it’s almost impossible to feel pampered when you walk in and everything about the place feels “dumpy” outdated decor, dark and dingy coffee/tea area and very cluttered. Well, I’m only giving 2 stars because the work they did with the nails was very well done. and said one of us would have to “mingle” as there would only be 2 workers. She also added that the girls were going to be pampered, with tea and some fruit, etc. And wondering what the $35 price tag was for a children’s pedicure (and $75 for adult spa pedicure) She said the way they sterilize their tools was the reason. I spoke directly with Cecilia, letting her know I wanted to bring my 2 girls, ages 11 and 12, for their first pedicures and manicures. I’m sorry, but what an expensive disappointment. She was so helpful, and accommodating what she did helped so much and made my face feel and look so much better! I also have extreme calloused feet, so she paid attention to details helping and really treating the pedicure with pride and passion in what she does! I truly appreciate it, they do a fantastic job, and I would defiantly recommend them over any place! Cecilia took the time out to help me learn what would help and not help, worked with me and my skin during the facial to make it feel better and not burn. I have extreme rosacea/acne/rash on my face from pregnancies. This time around, post pregnancy, I had another fantastic experience, with a facial and mani/pedi. The staff was friendly and made sure that everything was clean, sterile, and that there were no chemicals involved with any of the processes. They still did a fantastic massage, facial and pedicure. I have been here a few times in the last few years, and one of which is was pregnant during. Love this place, the owner Cecilia is very knowledgable, and all staff is really friendly! They treat you well, and always ask if you need anything.
